These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Gravity Tech Apps Ltd’s mobile applications, websites, and related services (“Services”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
The Services are intended for users aged 13+. If you use platform accounts (Apple/Google), you are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. We may modify or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.
If you submit content (e.g., feedback, reviews, messages), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, adapt, and display such content for operating and improving the Services. You represent you have the rights to provide such content and that it does not infringe third-party rights.
Some features may be paid. Prices and availability may vary by region and platform. All transactions are processed by platform providers under their terms. Refunds are handled according to the applicable app store policies and mandatory consumer laws.
We may release updates, change features, or suspend/terminate access to the Services (e.g., for maintenance, security, or legal reasons). Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Company Legal & Privacy Policy, which explains what data we process, why, and your rights under UK GDPR and other laws, without disclosing proprietary implementation details.
All content, software, graphics, audio, logos, and trademarks in the Services are the property of Gravity Tech Apps Ltd or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.
We may rely on trusted third-party service providers for functionality such as analytics, notifications, performance monitoring, and advertising. Their terms and privacy practices may apply where they act as independent controllers.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES. WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES (INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT). WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REVENUE.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions; in such cases our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
If you believe your content has been used in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, email: info@gravitytechapps.com with (a) your contact details, (b) identification of the work, (c) the allegedly infringing material and location, and (d) a statement of good-faith belief and ownership.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time for any reason, including violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time.
These Terms and any disputes are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts in London, UK shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except that residents of the United States or Canada agree that disputes will be resolved by binding individual arbitration with a class-action waiver, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
